The exhibition and hall program themed "New Life Village - Rehabilitation Campus" prepared by the students of our faculty's Department of Architecture was held.

On June 25, 2024, an exhibition and hall program themed “New Life Village- Rehabilitation Campus” consisting of graduation project workshops where our Faculty of Architecture Department students worked within the scope of “Fighting with Addiction” was held at our University Congress Center. Before the exhibition opened, information about the exhibition was given in the Congress Center Green Hall. Bolu Governor Erkan Kılıç, University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı, Vice Rectors Aydın Him and Prof. Dr. Coşkun Karaca, Bolu Provincial Protocol, academic-administrative staff and students attended the event. While our Faculty's Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aysun Tuna and Architect Cem Gül provided information about the stages of the project, Mehmet Gürkan Berkcan, who works as a Sociologist in Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, provided information about the activities of the Oya Bahadır Yüksel Psychiatry Clinic in Gaziantep. Speaking at the event, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı began his speech by greeting the participants. Speaking about drug and substance addiction, Alişarlı expressed the harms of drugs and celebrated June 26 World Drug Abuse Day. Stating that there are measures taken to combat drugs, he emphasized that Bolu is a perfect city for rehabilitation due to its location and natural beauties, and thanked those who took part in the project. Bolu Governor Erkan Kılıç, who came to the podium after Alişarlı, thanked the participants and started his speech. Kılıç, who celebrated June 26 World Drug Abuse Day, provided information about the activities carried out in our country and Bolu in the field of combating drugs. Congratulating those who took part in the project, Kılıç stated that everyone will do their best to bring the project to life. After Kılıç finished his speech, certificates were given to those who took part in the project. Afterwards, the exhibition titled “New Life Village – Rehabilitation Campus” consisting of graduation project workshops worked on “Fighting Addiction” by the students of our Faculty’s Architecture Department was visited.
